Position Summary: Suizo Argentina is seeking a Design Coordinator to lead the Marketing team, plan tasks, optimize resources, and ensure the implementation of the brand's visual identity while driving creative innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop a creative and dynamic design team. 2. Drive innovation and high-impact visual omnichannel strategies. 3. Ensure the visual identity of leading brands in the healthcare sector. Today, our Marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a Design Coordinator. Key responsibilities for this role include: Coordinating, organizing, and developing the Design team, ensuring appropriate task planning and resource optimization for Suizo Argentina and its associated brands. Ensuring correct implementation of Suizo Argentina’s and its associated brands’ visual identity and communication guidelines across all channels. Leading the development and supervision of graphic, audiovisual, and multimedia assets for institutional, commercial, and brand positioning campaigns. Supporting execution of the Annual Marketing and Communication Plan, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver creative solutions aligned with business needs. Driving creative innovation and omnichannel strategy development, transforming business objectives into high-impact visual proposals · What are we looking for in this role? Proactive and dynamic individuals with strong teamwork skills in changing and challenging environments. We seek candidates holding a degree in Graphic Design and possessing experience leading teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere or similar—and PDF Acrobat Editor will be highly valued. · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Work Location: Núñez (Federal Capital) Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 remote) · We offer benefits!
