Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sanitary systems, detection and resolution of issues, and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes and sanitary systems. 2. Detection and resolution of leaks and blockages in hotel facilities. 3. Collaboration with the hotel's general maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and maintenance of cold/hot water pipes and sanitary systems. Detection and resolution of leaks, seepage, and blockages in hotel facilities. Preventive and corrective maintenance of drainage and sewer systems. Installation and repair of sanitary fixtures (faucets, toilets, valves, pumps, etc.). Verification of proper operation of water circuits and hydraulic systems. Basic interpretation of sanitary system blueprints and layouts. Compliance with safety and hygiene standards during operational tasks.
