This position will provide support to the Global Mobility & Compensation team at AES. In this role, you will be a key liaison between HRBPs, external providers, and internal teams. You will provide comprehensive support in international mobility and compensation processes, coordinating key steps related to the recruitment process in cases of Global Mobility, ensuring the integrity and maintenance of data managed within the area. This role requires precision, regulatory compliance, and a focus on continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of vendors and administrative processes related to Global Mobility. * Posting positions requiring a global mobility process in Workday. * Coordination of communications with candidates and support with forms. * Sending and evaluating pre-selection questionnaires. * Monthly review of data integrity within the area. * Support in reviewing and organizing files containing compensation plan information and organizational structures. * Updating and validating employee data and maintaining the job catalog. **Requirements:** * University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or global mobility areas. * Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory). * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and Power BI (desirable). * Prior experience with Workday (desirable). * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Experience managing HR records and databases. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organization and time management skills. * Ability to collaborate in global and multifunctional environments. **We improve the lives of over 10+ million people through the safe and reliable delivery of energy.
