Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical Current Account Analyst to analyze, enter, and monitor invoices, and communicate with suppliers. Key Points: 1. Current account analysis and monitoring 2. Advanced Excel skills and accounting knowledge 3. Supplier communication and account reconciliation Position: Current Account Analyst The role will focus on current account analysis, invoice entry, and supplier communication, requiring advanced Excel proficiency and accounting knowledge. Work Location and Hours: Canning, Buenos Aires Province. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Requirements: - Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) - Pivot Tables. - Functions. - Data analysis. - Experience in current accounts / administration / accounting. - Experience entering invoices into a system (ERP or administrative system). - Knowledge of accounting accounts. - Experience in current account analysis. - Analytical and organized profile. - Strong communication skills with suppliers. Preferred: ' Education in administration / accounting. Responsibilities: ' Current account analysis and monitoring. ' Invoice entry and registration in the system. ' Account control and reconciliation. ' Supplier communication regarding complaints or discrepancies. ' Downloading and analyzing current account reports. ' Identifying correct accounting accounts when registering invoices.
