Main responsibilities of the position include: - Substrate debulking and manual handling of materials using specific tools. - Mold filling, demolding, and monitoring of the production process with emphasis on neatness and precision. - Material mixing, load handling, and maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the workplace. Requirements: - Prior experience in production, workshops, plants, or similar manual tasks. - Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks requiring moderate effort. - Organized, responsible profile with attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Knowledge of general maintenance, tool usage, machinery, or practical problem-solving in plant settings will be valued.
