Position Summary: We are seeking Packaging Operators for packaging and machinery operation tasks in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform pharmaceutical product packaging tasks. 2. Operate production line machinery (blister machine / cartoner). 3. Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards. Packaging Operators – Pharmaceutical Industry (Pompeya, CABA) At Pfizer, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currently seeking 4 Packaging Operators to join our production team at our facility located in Pompeya, CABA. The search targets Junior profiles (2 positions) and experienced profiles (2 positions), with flexible working hours and a strong commitment to quality and regulatory compliance. What challenges await you? Perform pharmaceutical product packaging tasks. Operate production line machinery (blister machine / cartoner). Conduct process controls and ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards. Complete production records in accordance with Data Integrity policies (ALCOA). Collaborate with various plant departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, among others). Identify and report deviations, issues, or process stoppages. What do we value in your profile? Junior Profile (2 positions) Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP and EHS standards. Completed secondary education. Desirable: Technical secondary degree (Mechanical Technician / Chemical Technician). Basic technical English proficiency. Experienced Profile (2 positions) Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging areas within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in: Basic operation of production machinery (blister machine / cartoner). Completing production documentation in compliance with Data Integrity standards (ALCOA). Completed secondary education. Desirable: Technical secondary degree (Mechanical Technician / Chemical Technician). Advanced machinery operation skills. Basic technical English proficiency. Employment Conditions Terms equivalent to those of Solid Dosage Form personnel. Flexible working hours required to cover morning and/or afternoon shifts. Initial assignment to the morning shift for training purposes. Subsequent shift rotation based on operational needs.
