Provide general support in HR administrative tasks A prominent transportation and logistics company is currently looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join its team in Esteban Echeverría. We target university students majoring in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or related fields who wish to gain experience and develop professionally in this area. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and entry of payroll-related updates. Monitoring and updating employee information in HR management systems. Tracking tenure of temporary staff to ensure proper resource allocation. Coordinating and fulfilling operational staffing requirements. Preparing management reports and summaries. Monitoring and tracking documentation related to temporary service providers. Providing general support in HR administrative tasks. Requirements: Currently enrolled university student in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced Excel proficiency. Knowledge of Human Resource Management. Familiarity with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems. Knowledge of the Labor Contract Law (LCT). Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement 40/89. Availability to work on-site in Esteban Echeverría. Employment Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. On-site modality. Initial hiring through a consulting firm.
