Job Summary: We are seeking an IT support analyst to diagnose, classify, and document assets, ensuring equipment quality and operational status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional diagnosis and cosmetic classification of IT assets. 2. Secure erasure of storage devices. 3. Generation of reports and technical documentation. Grupo Abans is seeking an IT support analyst to diagnose, erase data from DBDs, test, and classify assets received by the company according to client requirements or MSG standards, as well as objectively prepare reports for clients, documenting the actual status of the assets. Specific Technical Skills • Solid knowledge of hardware architecture (PCs, laptops; servers or networking equipment desirable). • Ability to identify and diagnose component-level failures: hard drives (HDD/SSD), RAM, motherboards, power supplies. • Ability to perform comprehensive functional testing (port testing, keyboard, display, battery, etc.). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) at a basic/intermediate level for report generation Responsibilities • Perform functional diagnosis and cosmetic classification of IT assets, executing thorough tests to accurately determine their operational status, identify faults, and define aesthetic condition. • Execute secure erasure of storage devices (HDD, SSD, etc.) using company-certified software. • Ensure quality and timely delivery of technical documentation (diagnostic reports, classification reports, and erasure certificates), managing compliance with operational performance indicators. • Enter accurate and precise client asset information into systems, platforms, or media authorized by the company. • Other duties inherent to the position Workplace is the Ezeiza industrial park; therefore, residing nearby or having personal transportation is mandatory.-Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree 3 years of experience Age: Up to 30 years Keywords: analyst, technologies, the, information, it
