Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator with experience in monitoring vehicles and recording deliveries/pickups of goods for last-mile operations, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of last-mile distribution operations. 2. Single point of contact for route deviations, incidents, and complaints. 3. Experience in managing large-volume vehicle fleets. Abans Group is currently looking for a Fleet Coordinator with experience in monitoring vehicles on the road and recording deliveries and pickups of goods to join a major logistics company. We seek a candidate with strong analytical skills, proactivity, problem-solving ability, self-management capability, decision-making capacity, responsibility, and clear communication skills. Responsibilities • Monitor and coordinate last-mile distribution operations. • Provide on-route support to drivers to ensure successful deliveries. • Serve as the single point of contact for route deviations, incidents, or complaints. • Ensure achievement of management KPIs (pickups, deliveries, incident response times). • Respond to client requests promptly and effectively. • Generate daily operational reports. • Collaborate on billing related to operations. • Plan the next day’s staff schedule. • Record incoming entries. Requirements • Currently pursuing or holding a university degree (preferred). • Proficiency in Excel/Office. • Experience managing large-volume vehicle fleets. • Experience using Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets. • Prior experience in similar roles (logistics, traffic, or transportation). Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00–20:00; two Sundays per month (2 hours of remote connectivity). Work Mode: Hybrid.
