Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and vendor management **Senior Technology Project Manager – EAM / CMMS Solution Implementation** =================================================================== **MaxIT Consulting \- Max Corporate Group** is seeking a **Senior Technology Project Manager** to join an implementation project for technology solutions focused on **asset and maintenance management**, for a major **Oil \& Gas** industry client. The position is offered on a **freelance / contractor basis with MaxIT**, with an estimated duration of **10 months** and an approximate commitment level of **50%**. **Role Description** ----------------------- We seek a professional with strong experience in leading technology projects, particularly those related to enterprise asset management, maintenance, **EAM**, or **CMMS** platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution, managing scope, timelines, risks, teams, and vendors, ensuring correct solution implementation and alignment with business processes. Prior experience in projects involving the **IBM Maximo Application Suite** or similar platforms will be highly valued. **Main Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum of **5 years’ experience leading technology projects**. * Proven experience implementing enterprise solutions. * Knowledge and experience with **EAM** or **CMMS** platforms. * Desirable experience with the **IBM Maximo Application Suite**. * Experience coordinating development and integration across corporate applications. * Experience managing vendors and multidisciplinary teams. * Familiarity with project management methodologies such as **PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum**, or hybrid approaches. * Advanced **English** proficiency. * Seniority level: **Senior**. * Availability to work in a **hybrid** arrangement. * Must have a **personal laptop**. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Lead technology projects from initiation through closure. * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk matrices. * Manage scope, changes, dependencies, risks, and deviations. * Coordinate functional, technical, and external vendor teams. * Track project progress and prepare executive reports for stakeholders. * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. * Participate in defining and validating functional and technical requirements. * Coordinate configuration, testing, training, and production deployment activities. * Ensure solution alignment with business processes related to maintenance and asset management. * Coordinate integrations among corporate systems such as ERP, SCADA, GIS, financial systems, HR, etc. * Supervise developments, customizations, and enhancements required during the project. * Validate integration architectures, APIs, web services, ETL processes, and data exchange flows. * Manage technical and functional testing to ensure quality of implemented solutions. **Contract Terms** ------------------------------- * Work mode: **Hybrid**. * Location: **Puerto Madero area**. * Contract type: **Freelance / Contractor with MaxIT**. * Estimated duration: **10 months**. * Commitment level: **50%**. * Vacancy: **1 position**. **Application** --------------- If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, please apply **through this same channel**, submitting your updated CV and indicating your **desired hourly rate in AR$**.
