We are currently seeking Collections Operators **\-** **Morning Shift**, to join our **Recovery Department.** * **Location:** Palermo. * **Work Modality:** On-site – part-time. * **Days and Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00–15:00 (rotating weekly day off). **The part-time position totals 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.** ✅ **Main Challenges:** * Contact customers by phone regarding overdue monthly installments. * Re-enroll customers experiencing issues with automatic debit. * Understand each case and carry out necessary actions to resolve arrears. * Follow up on each case until effective collection is achieved. * Complete departmental management and control files. ✅ **What Are We Looking For?** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (mandatory). * Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotating weekly day off. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Join Verisure and enjoy these amazing benefits!** Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your immediate family, starting from month 7.
