We seek profiles oriented toward results, with strong negotiation capabilities and a focus on achieving objectives. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in late-stage debt collection (NOT mandatory). Effective handling of objections and negotiation techniques. Experience working with management metrics and recovery targets. Excellent diction, professional communication skills, and a commercial profile. Main Responsibilities Managing collections via telephone and digital contact. Analyzing each case and designing payment alternatives aligned with the client’s profile. Recording and tracking collection activities in the system. Meeting defined recovery objectives. Conditions and Benefits Highly attractive commission structure.
