We seek profiles oriented toward results, with strong negotiation capabilities and a focus on achieving goals. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in late-stage debt collection (not mandatory). Effective handling of objections and negotiation techniques. Experience working with performance indicators and recovery targets. Excellent diction, professional communication, and a commercial profile. Main Responsibilities Managing collections via telephone and digital contact. Analyzing each case and designing payment alternatives aligned with the client’s profile. Recording and tracking all collection activities in the system. Meeting defined recovery objectives.
