Job Summary: We are seeking results-oriented Collections Officers to manage debt recovery, negotiate payment agreements, and follow up on cases. Key Highlights: 1. At Agencia Palmero, a leading company in the collections industry with over 25 years of experience, we are incorporating Collections Officers for a new strategic project linked to one of the firm’s most important clients. We seek results-oriented profiles with strong negotiation skills and a focus on achieving goals. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in mid-to-late-stage delinquency collections. Effective handling of objections and negotiation techniques. Experience working with performance indicators and recovery targets. Excellent diction, professional communication, and commercial profile. Main Responsibilities Collections management via telephone and digital channels. Analysis of each case and design of payment alternatives aligned with the client’s profile. Recording and tracking of all collection activities in the system. Achievement of defined recovery objectives. Conditions and Benefits Highly attractive commission scheme. Part-time schedule (6 hours), Monday to Friday / IN-PERSON.
