The Challenge Your primary objective will be to ensure excellence in service delivery across assigned locations, guaranteeing staff efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff (cleaners and zone supervisors). Planning: Develop schedules, monitor attendance, and cover last-minute vacancies. Quality Control: Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with cleaning and safety standards. Supplies: Manage inventory of materials and equipment at each client site. Customer Service: Serve as the direct liaison with account managers to resolve incidents. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions (preferably in mass-service companies). Skills: Leadership ability, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
