Bring your curiosity for learning, bold ideas, courage and passion to drive life\-changing impact to ZS. : Operations Assistant Intern – HR in the **Corporate Enterprise Function** will * Schedule, source, pre\-screen and attract/close candidates for hiring opportunities * Manage requisitions * Forge relationship with hiring managers, plan and execute sourcing strategy * Collect feedback from internal stakeholders * Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis * Support other recruiting projects and initiatives **What you’ll bring:*** Candidates must be Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology students who are in the final 12 to 18 months of their degree program * Basic understanding of recruitment platforms (ATS) or willingness to learn * Familiarity with professional networks such as LinkedIn * Interest in learning about selection processes, interviews, and employer branding * Fluency in English * Client\-first mentality * Intense work ethic * Collaborative spirit and problem\-solving approach **How you’ll grow:** * Cross\-functional skills development \& custom learning pathways * Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities * Internal mobility paths that empower growth via s\-curves, individual contribution and role expansions **Hybrid working model:** ZS is committed to a **Flexible and Connected** way of working.
