Academic Qualifications Engineer or Senior Technician in Electronics or Telecommunications. Registered with COPITEC (Council of Professionals in Telecommunications, Electronics and Computing Engineering.) Technical Knowledge HFC and FTTH networks. Experience in maintenance and development of networks. Ability to schedule preventive, corrective maintenance, and network development tasks. Personnel and process management. Other Skills Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements. Ability to set and monitor work objectives. Teamwork capability. Ability to communicate efficiently with other departments within the company. Problem-solving ability. Ability to manage work groups and foster a positive working environment. Responsibilities Schedule and monitor network maintenance tasks and minor construction works. Propose staff training plans. Monitor and report quality indicators. Set and monitor objectives for the various departments under his/her supervision. Work Location Pontevedra, Buenos Aires Province.
