Coordinate and manage the Integrated Management System Our client SMURFIT WESTROCK is looking for a Process Manager for its Gregorio Laferrere plant. We are currently searching for a Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or graduate of related disciplines, with at least 3 years of experience in similar positions within top-tier industrial companies. The candidate must possess knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / FSC / Best Practices, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP. Key responsibilities include: Organizing and evaluating process and procedure methodologies for continuous improvement; implementing and/or modifying new operational practices aimed at increasing productivity; planning and executing actions to reduce variable manufacturing costs and ensure final product quality requirements; monitoring company projects and coordinating training for the multidisciplinary team; coordinating and managing the Integrated Management System; representing the company during certification audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and internal audits, among others.
