Process Manager We are seeking a Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or graduate of a related field with at least 3 years of experience in similar positions within top-tier industrial companies. The candidate must have knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / FSC / Best Practices and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP. Main responsibilities include: organizing and evaluating process and procedure methodologies for continuous improvement; implementing and/or modifying new operational practices aimed at increasing productivity; planning and executing actions to reduce variable manufacturing costs and ensure final product quality requirements; tracking company projects and coordinating training for the multidisciplinary team; coordinating and managing the Integrated Management System; representing the company in certification audits, customer audits, supplier audits, internal audits, and others.
