A leading Regional Land Logistics Company (LatAm) is seeking to hire a Logistics Operations Manager for its facility located in Carlos Spegazzini, who will be responsible for managing and supervising the logistics operations of the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with customer service agreements and operational process efficiency. Main Responsibilities: \= Lead the overall operation of the facility, organizing resources efficiently. \= Assign objectives and priorities to the operational team, monitoring their fulfillment. \= Design and implement processes when onboarding new clients and optimize existing ones. \= Foster professional development of supervisors and staff under supervision. \= Analyze management indicators and implement continuous improvement actions. \= Promote compliance with Safety and Hygiene standards, creating a safe working environment. \= Participate in the planning of the operational layout and necessary staffing to ensure sector productivity. Requirements \= Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration or related fields (graduated or in final years of study). \= Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within the logistics industry or high-volume operations. \= Office Suite \- Advanced proficiency \= Own transportation \= Availability to travel occasionally to C.A.B.A. and other parts of the country.
