Role Purpose: Lead and manage the Procurement Department, ensuring efficient procurement of materials, supplies, and products, optimizing costs and guaranteeing stock availability for commercial operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with company objectives. Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with domestic and international suppliers. Conduct cost analyses and propose improvements in procurement management. Coordinate with Logistics and Warehousing departments to ensure stock availability. Evaluate and qualify suppliers, fostering long-term relationships. Prepare management reports for senior leadership. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions (preferably in distribution, retail, or industry). Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of international trade (desirable) Advanced proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
