A major multinational company is seeking a Reliability Engineer We are looking for an Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering graduate with at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles within industrial companies. You must possess solid knowledge of industrial maintenance methodologies (FMEA, TPM, Kaizen) and experience optimizing and improving sector-specific KPIs. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory; Power BI proficiency is desirable. The position will be responsible for managing, collecting, and optimizing all plant technical maintenance-related information (machine hierarchy, critical equipment, critical spare parts, technical specifications, operational values, operating parameters, etc). Main responsibilities include: Managing plant predictive maintenance. Identifying improvement opportunities within the area. Analyzing deviations and adherence to timelines and budgets. Participating in and managing the failure analysis process to determine root causes and propose future corrective and preventive actions. Actively participating in the maintenance department’s continuous improvement process by implementing kaizen and contributing to the optimization of preventive maintenance plans. Analyzing key area metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, reliability, maintainability, availability, downtime, failure analysis, FMEA, among others, and generating actionable insights to appropriately allocate departmental resources. Collaborating closely with maintenance supervisors and the maintenance manager to ensure effective execution of reliability strategies. Managing plant reliability indicators, among other duties.
