Collaborate with maintenance managers on reliability strategies Prestigious Multinational Company seeks Reliability Engineer We are looking for an Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering professional with at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles within industrial companies. You must possess solid knowledge of industrial maintenance methodologies (FMEA, TPM, Kaizen) and optimization and improvement of sectoral KPIs. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory; Power BI proficiency is desirable. The position will be responsible for managing, collecting, and optimizing all plant technical maintenance information (machine hierarchy, critical equipment, critical spare parts, technical specifications, operational values, operating parameters, etc). Key responsibilities include: Manage plant predictive maintenance. Identify opportunities for improvement within the department. Analyze deviations and adherence to timelines and budgets. Participate in and manage the failure analysis process to determine root causes and propose future corrective and preventive actions. Actively participate in the maintenance department’s continuous improvement process by implementing Kaizen and contributing to the optimization of preventive maintenance plans. Analyze key departmental metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, reliability, maintainability, availability, downtime, failure analysis, FMEA, among others, and generate actionable insights to correctly allocate departmental resources. Collaborate closely with maintenance managers and the maintenance manager to ensure effective execution of reliability strategies. Manage plant reliability KPIs, among others.
