Mandatory Requirements: Electromechanical Technical Degree PC proficiency Responsibilities: Comply with the company's quality policy Carry out necessary building improvements Coordinate internal or external work teams Implement and monitor preventive maintenance plans for machines, tools, and peripheral equipment Knowledge of plastic materials Proficiency in machining, hand tools, and welding Competencies / Capabilities: Understanding of production processes and assembly lines Concepts related to component manufacturing Knowledge of all types of materials used in the plant Knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, carpentry, toolmaking, and mechanics Experience and Knowledge: Operation of injection molding machines Peripheral equipment and robotics Attributes: Proactive Solution-oriented Organized Methodical Inventive – originality Observational skills Essential Requirements: Methodical and organized in tasks and documentation Basic knowledge of plastic materials and supplies Ability to follow instructions or work plans
