Proactivity and openness to change We are currently searching for plastic injection operators for morning and afternoon shifts; their main responsibilities will be: Record production data, stoppages, and/or incidents. Identify and store produced parts. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. Actively participate in process improvement proposals, scrap reduction, and efficiency enhancement. Perform cleaning and maintain order within the assigned area. Requirements: Requirements: Experience as an operator in plastic injection sectors. Prior work experience with Haitinan, Tianjian, Fluidmec, or similar injection molding machines equipped with operator panels featuring screens. Proactivity and openness to change Desirable: Experience in engineering plastic injection (polycarbonate, nylon, acrylic, ABS, etc.). Knowledge of mold and peripheral maintenance. Experience using molds with inserts. Knowledge of mold changeover and setup. Residency in the Villa Martelli area.
