Job Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to operate injection machines and molds, perform quality controls, and maintain the workstation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control of the operation of the injection machine and mold. 2. Execution of quality controls for tasks. 3. Maintenance of the workstation according to the 5S methodology. Main Responsibilities: - Monitor the proper operation of the injection machine and mold. - Perform all tasks and controls detailed in the work instructions and area procedures. - Use the P-NP caliper available in the sector. - Complete a daily report, indicating quantities achieved and anomalies encountered during the task. - Record non-conformities. - Execute quality control of own tasks. - Maintain the workstation clean and organized as stipulated by the 5S methodology. - Start up/shut down the injection machine and reset its counter to zero. - Perform manual operations on the injection machine, including hopper loading, mold opening/closing, and machine purging. - Ensure correct placement, cooling, and preservation of molds on injection machines.
