We are currently looking for a Front Desk Intern for Imports to work at our offices located in Ezeiza, Province of Buenos Aires. Do you want to join us? Professional Profile: * Students in their 2nd to 3rd year of the International Trade undergraduate program * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Morning shift (with occasional possibility of attending afternoon shift) * Mode: In-person, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM \- 2:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * Front desk reception: handling customer inquiries, reviewing invoices and payment receipts * Processing requests from external and internal customers * Ensuring compliance with documentation, regulatory, and quality requirements for clients’ and the company’s foreign trade processes, adhering to agreed L4 and L5 standards * Reviewing and delivering documents * Collaborating across all departments to ensure efficient and effective operational flow * Logging events and documents * Preparing and breaking down manifests * Administrative tasks We Offer: * Development Programs and Training Plans * Wellness Culture * Comprehensive Benefits Package We seek enthusiastic, energetic individuals with strong customer orientation.
