We are expanding our team with a Web \& Application Servers Administrator for a major banking institution. Work Modality: Hybrid, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Responsibilities/Tasks: * Actively participate in projects, technical planning, and execution. * Design the technological architecture of solutions in complex High Availability environments. * Install, configure, and manage infrastructure software and business solution software throughout its entire lifecycle. * Perform performance analysis. * Participate in defining and executing technical tests. * Define monitoring points and associated alerts. * Automate operational tasks. * Provide second-level support for incidents and lead problem resolution within your area of expertise. * Maintain ongoing interaction with other management teams and ensure smooth communication with members of other departments. * Interact with internal and external vendors. Requirements and Knowledge: * Installation and configuration of Web Application Servers on Linux \& Windows platforms (e.g., WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, IIS, .NET, Spring Boot, NGINX) in High Availability environments. * Fundamental knowledge of Operating Systems, Relational Databases, and Communication Networks. * Expert-level proficiency with administration, monitoring, and diagnostic tools on Windows and Linux platforms. * JVM configuration, monitoring, and tuning. * Application Pool configuration and tuning. * Scripting knowledge (understanding, creation, and modification). * Familiarity with automation solutions. * Knowledge of source code version control tools (e.g., GIT). * Knowledge of container technologies for microservices (e.g., Docker). * Knowledge of CI/CD tools. * Knowledge of pipeline coding.
