We seek a creative, organized, and strategic professional capable of comprehensively managing our social media networks, ensuring brand consistency, and generating content relevant to institutional objectives. · Responsibilities: · Planning and development of content calendars. · Publishing and managing content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. · Photographic coverage of institutional events. · Creation of materials based on internal events and activities. · Monitoring and analysis of competitors. · Ensuring visual and verbal brand consistency. · Proposing content improvements and opportunities. · Mandatory Requirements: · 3 years of work experience. · Student or graduate in: -Social Communication -Marketing -Advertising -Digital Communication Specific technical knowledge: -Digital content strategy and editorial planning. -Community management and moderation of interactions. -Basic content optimization for each platform. -Creation of simple performance reports. -Use of smartphone cameras for institutional content. Computer tools: -Meta Business Suite -LinkedIn Campaign Manager -Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut or basic Premiere, desirable) -Google Analytics (basic/intermediate level) -Native metrics of each social network -Excel · Experience managing social media (corporate experience preferred).
