Here’s what you need to know about this position: **Location** : Remote, LATAM **Engagement** **Type** : Full\-Time, Fractional **The Work** (What you’ll be doing \& Your Impact) * Work directly with leadership to take early ideas and turn them into tangible concepts and prototypes * Prototype product ideas quickly to help bring high\-level concepts to life * Help refine ideas through visual clarity, interaction thinking, and overall polish * Explore and iterate on early concepts to make them easier to communicate and share with the broader team * Bring structure to ambiguous inputs and turn them into something concrete others can react to * Work independently while staying loosely connected with product, design, and engineering as needed **Needed Expertise** (What you need to succeed in the role) * 6\+ years of experience in product design, creative technology, or related fields * Experience prototyping ideas quickly, either in design tools or through lightweight builds * Comfortable working through ambiguity without a defined process or clear deliverables * Experience using AI tools as part of how you prototype or explore ideas * Solid visual design skills with a good sense of clarity and polish * Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders * Ability to move fast, test ideas, and iterate without overthinking early outputs **Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise** (What would be great for you to have) * Some coding or front\-end experience to support faster prototyping * Experience working in early\-stage or 0 to 1 environments * Experience collaborating closely with designers or having a design background * Experience working directly with leadership or executive stakeholders * Familiarity with fast\-paced, exploratory product environments **Our Benefits \& Perks** * We pay in USD through our platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose * Paid company holidays * Medical, safety, and wellness benefits * Technology benefits * Business English language classes * …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
