Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory and Returns Manager for Operations, responsible for stock control, returns management, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of physical and systemic inventory in stores. 2. Design and execution of cyclic and general stock control processes. 3. Management of MercadoLibre returns and equipment inspection. At FenixBA, we are looking for an Inventory and Returns Manager to join our Operations team. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate physical and systemic inventories across stores. Ensure proper receipt, storage, rotation, and dispatch of products and supplies. Design and execute cyclic and general stock control processes (rotating and annual inventories). Analyze inventory variances and discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Management Control, Administration, Procurement, and other departments to optimize resources, processes, and space. Manage MercadoLibre returns and inspection of computer equipment. Lead KPIs for the RMA and NC area. Requirements: Reside in areas near Lanús Oeste. Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30). Prior experience in similar roles will be valued.
