




Position Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Operator to provide technical assistance and efficient solutions to users, ensuring clear communication and resolving system, hardware, and software issues. We also provide network and microcomputer support and maintenance services. · We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Operator to deliver technical assistance and efficient solutions to users via various communication channels. · POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES -Guarantee clear and effective communication with users. -Document all reported incidents and follow up accordingly. -Resolve operating system and Office application issues. -Remotely diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems. -Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base containing technical solutions, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. · REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: -Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems, Active Directory. -Desktop software knowledge: Office (all Windows versions), Visio, Project, SAP client, etc. -Knowledge of remote administration and technical support tools. -Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar IT support or help desk role. · OUR OFFERING -Prepaid medical coverage for you and your family. -Indefinite-term employment contract. -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; plus one Saturday per month, three hours scheduled within the 07:00–13:00 hrs time slot. -Workplace: On-site in Monte Grande, Greater Buenos Aires.-Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree 1 year of experience Keywords: help, auxilio, mostrador, desk, expositor, exhibitor
