Ability to design, debug, and optimize agent flows, including connectors, permissions, and automations. Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially DLP policies and governance controls. Understanding of agent architectures and the prompt–response cycle, applying design best practices. Knowledge of modern AI concepts such as RAG, multi\-agent orchestration, or MCP server. \| Desirable Experience working with observability, cost monitoring, or performance metrics applied to AI or automation solutions. Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Dataverse, or Azure Data Lake. \| Desirable Advanced conversational English — Mandatory. What will you do? As a Generative AI Engineer \| Copilot, you will: Lead incident resolution in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate, including issues related to connectors, permissions, flows, and errors associated with the agent lifecycle. Review, optimize, and improve existing agents to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance with governance and DLP policies. Support and train non-technical users in creating and optimizing agents, providing guidance on best practices, platform limitations, and secure data handling. Apply knowledge of agent architectures, prompt lifecycles, and RAG patterns to enhance the technical and functional quality of developed solutions. Collaborate with data, security, and compliance teams to ensure proper alignment with DLP policies and organizational governance standards. Develop technical documentation and user guides, standardizing design patterns and proposing improvements based on recurring issues or operational needs. What is the challenge of the role? As a Generative AI Engineer\|Copilot, you will play a key role in driving the usage, quality, and scalability of AI-based solutions within the organization. You will have technical ownership over the creation, optimization, and maintenance of agents developed in Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and aligned with business needs. Additionally, you will be a fundamental part of strengthening the Power Platform Technical Center, contributing to documentation, standardization of development lifecycles, and implementation of observability and control best practices. Who will you work with? You will collaborate with cross-functional teams. When and where will you work? The work model is 100% remote with objective-based management, allowing you to work from anywhere in Argentina within an 8-hour daily window. You must have flexibility to attend meetings in the EST time zone. What do they offer?
