Identify inconsistencies and coordinate ERV calls. Interact with clients to resolve questions and define next steps. Update documentation and record progress in SNow AR Ticket. Coordinate with Risk Managers, AppSec Architects, and NIS teams throughout the ticket lifecycle. Monitor pending items, communications, and statuses according to SLOs. Requirements Experience in related roles (3–10 years). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews. Knowledge of Information Security Policy, Application Readiness Standard, and Application Readiness processes. Analytical ability to assess controls, technical documentation, and complex data. Advanced English (spoken and written).
