Position Summary: We are seeking a .NET Developer with an AI-first mindset, strong backend microservices and database development experience, and a focus on code quality and collaboration. You must have solid backend microservices development experience in both cloud and on-prem environments, advanced SQL Server and MongoDB database expertise, high standards for tested code quality, version control with GitHub, and development practices. ##### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Business, QA, and Developers using AI to accelerate analysis and refinement. * Design and develop microservices in .NET 8\+, leveraging AI for coding and refactoring. * Optimize performance, quality, and maintainability with AI assistance. * Design and optimize queries in SQL Server / MongoDB. * Develop unit and integration tests assisted by AI. * Use GitHub incorporating AI in code reviews and early issue detection. * Document code and technical decisions with AI support. * Ensure adherence to best practices, SOLID principles, and responsible, secure AI usage. ##### **What We Expect From You** * **5+ years** of experience developing with .NET and microservice architectures. * Solid experience with SQL Server and MongoDB. * Advanced testing skills and a strong focus on code quality. * Regular use of AI for development (e.g., Copilot), combined with critical thinking. * Proficiency with GitHub, SonarQube, and agile methodologies. * Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills. * Autonomy in development and commitment to deliverables. * Experience with .NET 8\+, REST APIs, microservices, messaging, Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
