Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring **Backend Developer (Senior) – Python / AWS / Terraform (Hybrid, CABA)** CABA | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Full-time ️ English: C1 (mandatory — meetings conducted in English) **Mission** Design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable RESTful APIs while working on a J.P. Morgan Chase project — one of the world’s largest investment banks and financial services firms. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs in Python * Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define technical specifications and integrations * Optimize backend application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency * Participate in the architectural design of new features and enhancements * Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior developers * Lead planning and refinement meetings; manage the board in Jira **Mandatory Requirements** * Backend Python: Flask/FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic * Databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL, and DynamoDB * AWS: ECS, Lambda, RDS, Step Functions * Terraform * Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and managing Jira * Experience in architecture design, code reviews, and mentoring * English C1 — meetings are conducted in English Submit your application and join us to build impactful technological solutions.
