We are looking for an AI Prompt \& Automation Assistant to support personal tasks and a digital transformation initiative . The role focuses on using AI to solve problems, streamline processes, and build automations that improve efficiency. You will work closely with the client to turn ideas into smart workflows, leverage AI tools for research and insights, and automate repetitive tasks across various platforms. This is a full\-time but flexible position (around 30 hours/week) with opportunities to grow. We are looking for people in all LATAM. **Key Responsibilities:** * Use AI tools to support daily tasks, problem\-solving, and workflow optimization. * Build automations for repetitive processes using tools like n8n (and similar platforms). * Automate data handling in Excel, including reporting and routine analysis. * Conduct AI\-focused research to identify relevant tools, strategies, and implementation opportunities. * Provide AI\-powered insights and recommendations for digital transformation projects. * Collaborate with the client to design and improve AI\-driven solutions and processes. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Experience using AI tools and models for practical, task\-based problem solving. * Ability to build workflow automations (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar). * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Clear and effective communication skills. * Willingness to learn new AI technologies and adapt quickly. * Based in Latin America. * Nice to have (optional): Basic coding knowledge, advanced Excel, or familiarity with BI/reporting tools. **Benefits:** * USD Salary. * Full\-time but flexible role (around 30 hours per week) with potential to grow.
