




At Kansai, we are seeking an experienced **Receptionist** with a strong customer-oriented mindset. **Your main responsibilities will include**: * Managing the waiting area to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. * Receiving correspondence and various documents; coordinating their delivery. * Greeting suppliers and receiving orders. * Maintaining the lounge area (ensuring order and cleanliness). * Performing administrative tasks to support the Operations department. * Providing basic guidance and assistance to customers. **Requirements / Essential qualifications** * Completed secondary education. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Experience operating a switchboard (preferred). * More than one year of experience in reception or customer service roles. * High energy level and dynamism. * Strong service orientation. * Residence: Must reside in Capital Federal or GBA Zona Oeste
