Discover the life awaiting you at Accor: visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description* Maintain cleanliness and order in the hotel’s public areas (social and service areas), clean restrooms, dust surfaces, clean windows, stairs, elevators, ashtrays, outdoor areas, etc. * Organize the cleaning cart, packing all required materials, equipment, tools, and other items needed for maintaining order and cleanliness in the hotel’s public areas (social and service areas). * Remove trash and restock guest and service restrooms with necessary supplies (paper, soap, etc.). * Perform a general facility maintenance checklist and report any irregularities to supervisors. * Identify items left behind/forgotten in social areas and deliver them to management. * Maintain an organized recycling area. * Follow supervisor guidelines regarding selective waste collection and water and energy consumption to meet environmental objectives. * Achieve departmental goals: Actively contribute to achieving departmental objectives by efficiently executing assigned tasks, aligned with established strategic and operational guidelines. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational continuity: Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth processes and uninterrupted organizational operations. * Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
