We are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Technician. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and condition of building equipment and facilities, both inside and outside the company, by performing correct preventive maintenance and addressing any issues that may arise. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions (Mandatory). Knowledge of low-voltage electrical equipment and installations, electrical panels, generators, power and data cabling, UPS systems. (Desirable) Experience with thermomechanical equipment and installations, central and individual refrigeration systems, Rooftop units, AHUs, split units, self-contained units. (Desirable) Knowledge of sanitary systems and building infrastructure, plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, and furniture. (Desirable) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and resolve all maintenance tickets and/or service requests in internal departments and external locations as needed. Perform routines and protocols within the scheduled maintenance plan. Assist in relocation tasks and planned layout changes. Collaborate with other departments on matters of mutual interest. Monitor and supervise outsourced maintenance services. Oversee cleaning and disinfection services. WORKING CONDITIONS **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (full time).
