What will your responsibilities be? * Design the technical architecture of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and Power Platform. * Define integrations with other systems via APIs, Azure Services, and standard connectors. * Lead technical decisions and development best practices (ALM, CI/CD, security, performance). * Supervise and support the technical team during development, deployment, and maintenance. * Participate in effort estimation, solution definition, and technical reviews. * Ensure compliance with Microsoft and NTT DATA standards. * Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams. What do we require from you? * Advanced English – C1 (CEFR) * Solid experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 architect. * Advanced knowledge of: * Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Operations, and other modules). * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). * Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, DevOps). * Experience in Dynamics integrations, extensions, and customizations. * Knowledge of security, authentication, and identity management (Azure AD). * Technical leadership ability and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
