Experience in handling raw meat A reputable processed meat company located in the Mataderos area (CABA) is incorporating a DRIED-BEEF OPERATOR into its production line. The candidate must possess knife handling skill, cutting precision and execution speed. Knowledge of maintenance and care of work tools, and experience in handling raw meat. Valid food handling certification is mandatory. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00. Remuneration is in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with on-site cafeteria and discounts on company products. Please indicate your expected remuneration.
