Our client is an industrial company with a strong presence, located in Lanús Oeste. We seek committed, dynamic candidates with experience in industrial environments, who are eager to learn and join a team that prioritizes order, quality, and continuous improvement. Job Objective Perform operational tasks within the production sector, ensuring compliance with production, quality, cleanliness, and safety standards on-site. Responsibilities Operate matrix filling machines according to specifications. Perform part demolding. Carry out cleaning and inspection of matrices, and report malfunctions. Monitor operation of the blister packaging machine and kit packaging equipment. Perform heat sealing using a sealing machine. Package and label finished parts. Complete production forms with quantities and anomalies. Conduct quality control checks on own output. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology. Requirements: Experience in production processes (mandatory). Completed secondary education (not mandatory). Availability to work night and/or afternoon shifts. We Value Proactivity and commitment.
