Production Operator – Paint Plant Ardam S.A. is currently seeking a multi-task Production Operator to join our team at the plant located in Lomas del Mirador. We are a company specialized in anticorrosive surface treatments for metallic components, with processes oriented toward the automotive industry and certified under international quality standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the paint production line. Handle and monitor parts throughout the production process. Collaborate in general plant tasks. Comply with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards within the area. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in similar positions in industry or production. Completed technical secondary education (not mandatory). Experience in continuous production and personnel handling or coordination will be valued.
