The person in this role will act as a strategic business partner to **connect organizational challenges with capability development**, designing and orchestrating learning experiences that accelerate the acquisition of critical skills, improve on-the-job performance, and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives. **What do we value as differentiators?** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. **Competencies/Skills**: Strategic mindset with execution capability; consultative thinking to collaborate effectively with the business; ability to design effective learning experiences; capacity to structure technical knowledge alongside subject-matter experts; interest in integrating technology and artificial intelligence into learning; curiosity about emerging trends in capability development and organizational learning. **Technology Knowledge**: LMS/LXP, UX/UI applied to learning platforms, SSFF, AI applied to content design. **Language**: Advanced English. **What will be your key challenges?** **Capability Needs Diagnosis**: Analyze the business’s strategic challenges — together with Business Partners — and translate them into capability development needs, identifying skill/competency gaps at individual, team, and organizational levels using performance analysis tools, assessments, and learning data (assessment-driven learning strategy). **Learning Solution Design**: Design comprehensive learning solutions combining diverse formats and methodologies (digital experiences, on-the-job learning, guided practice, mentoring, learning communities, among others). Integrate digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools to enhance learning experience design and scalability. **Business Alignment**: Collaborate with leaders and specialists across various areas to understand business challenges and prioritize the development of critical capabilities. Promote leadership and team ownership of learning, fostering effective transfer to daily work. **Learning Ecosystem Management**: Coordinate the implementation of learning solutions within the organization’s ecosystem of platforms, content, and development programs. Integrate internal and external resources, technical experts, and educational partners in designing learning experiences. Contribute to developing and evolving academies, learning pathways, and skill development programs. **Leadership and Management of a Learning Platform Within the Organizational Ecosystem** Lead the management and evolution of the organization’s learning platform, ensuring alignment with the capability development strategy. Define governance criteria, content curation standards, learning pathway architecture, and user experience within the platform. Manage the lifecycle of learning content and resources, ensuring their currency, quality, and business relevance. Integrate learning analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities to personalize learning experiences and optimize learning impact. **Measurement and Impact** Design and implement evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Analyze learning and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize designed solutions. Generate insights and reports demonstrating learning’s contribution to performance and business outcomes. **Continuous Improvement of Organizational Learning** Identify trends and best practices in corporate learning and promote their adoption across the organization. Contribute to developing methodologies, standards, and frameworks for learning solution design.
