




**Example of your typical day** You will be responsible for the daily maintenance scheduling of plant equipment, aiming to ensure the availability and integrity of our client's assets and guarantee resource optimization. Plan and coordinate resources during annual scheduled maintenance activities. **How you will stand out** * Manage daily and annual planned maintenance, optimizing resources and increasing plant reliability. * Perform root cause analysis on recurring failures and support the development of solution proposals. * Prepare technical specifications for service management or spare parts. * Analyze spare parts and consumables inventory to continuously improve correct stock determination. * Prepare maintenance reports and manage indicators (KPIs). * Continuously evaluate the maintenance plan, support supervisors in task coordination, and identify process and equipment improvement opportunities. **What you bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with over 10 years of experience in maintenance of power generation plants or industries with highly complex equipment. * Experience in maintenance of industrial plants, gas and/or steam turbines, electrical generators, hydraulic systems, and industrial instrumentation. General knowledge of power generation plants. * Experience in developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines. * Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork values, and proven experience managing personnel and large interdisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented attitude, ability to solve problems under pressure, and focus on customer satisfaction. Adaptability and capacity to learn new skills. * Intermediate/advanced level of English communication (written and spoken).
