We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our **Manufacturing** team at our **San Lorenzo – Santa Fe** site. **Key responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets for all site functions. * Conduct monthly cost center (CC) monitoring, identifying variance details and following up with Cost Center Owners. * Provide support to Cost Center Owners and Area Business Engineers. * Detail expenses charged within cost centers. * Track and manage project-related requirements. * Administer service contracts. * Enter invoices into the system and monitor their status. * Schedule and organize medical documentation and records. * Maintain up-to-date medical files, register them in electronic systems, manage correspondence, and archive documentation. * Supervise and request necessary office supplies and medical equipment. * Monitor medication expiration dates, coordinate with various suppliers, and procure medical supplies. * Organize medical examinations and health assessments according to scheduled deadlines. **What you’ll bring:** * Degree in Administration or related field. * Proficiency in English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Interest in the agribusiness industry. * 3–5 years of prior experience in administrative roles. **Benefits:** * OSDE 310 health insurance. * WellHub. * On-site lunch. * Welcome kit. * The opportunity to join a global team committed to making a difference. * **This is a fixed-term position for 1 year.** Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
