Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate teams, oversee cleaning operations in offices and industrial plants, and manage supplies. Key Points: 1. We are actively recruiting to add a Cleaning Supervisor to our team, to work at an important company located in the Industrial Corridor. Main responsibilities include: . Coordinating team work and supervising cleaning activities in offices and industrial plants; actively participating in operations when necessary. . Maintaining direct contact with the service coordinator to effectively address concerns and requirements. . Conducting inventory assessments of supplies and placing purchase orders. . Reporting staff performance to the Human Resources department. . Equipment and tool inspection and maintenance, among other duties. Mandatory requirements: . Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in similar positions. . Completed secondary education. . Knowledge of maintenance (desirable). . Intermediate proficiency in computer tools: Excel and Word. . Residence in Sauce Viejo, Santo Tomé, Santa Fe. . Valid Class B1 driver’s license (desirable). Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, an analytical and solution-oriented attitude, active listening ability, and innovative capacity to propose techniques and procedures.
