About the opportunity: At Diageo, the On Trade Consultant plays a strategic and highly relational role, responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence in high-visibility and influential channels such as bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels. These touchpoints are critical for building brand image at the moment of consumption, where customer experience is directly impacted by point-of-sale execution. The Consultant is responsible for developing consistent business plans with clients, negotiating activations, ensuring the execution of the premium spirits portfolio, and closely monitoring results. The ability to identify opportunities, anticipate competitors' moves, and adapt strategies in real time is essential to achieving ambitious goals and sustaining the company's growth in the channel. Moreover, direct and frequent client relationships require refined interpersonal skills, active listening, and influence, as successful execution depends on building strong, long-term partnerships. The On Trade channel is also a space for experimentation and brand building, serving as one of the main drivers of differentiation and consumer loyalty. Your key challenges will be:* Decipher the market: deeply understand the channel, competition, and dynamics shaping consumer behavior. * Manage with vision: negotiate contracts and develop a high-value client portfolio, focusing on profitability and loyalty. * Build tailored plans: create and monitor customized business plans, maximizing Super Premium portfolio performance at the point of sale. * Activate with purpose: manage your territory focusing on consumption occasions, precisely activating strategic categories. * Live in the field: conduct daily visits to ensure excellence in execution and identify growth opportunities. * Ensure presence: follow up promotional activities and strengthen relationships during evening visits (minimum twice per week). * Inspire and empower: implement training and incentive programs for POS teams, elevating service standards and brand knowledge. * Measure and evolve: monitor events, promotions, and activations with a focus on results and continuous improvement. * Execute with excellence: ensure key sales triggers are present at every consumption occasion. What we expect?* Previous experience in the consumer goods sector with brand activation and consumer experience execution is an important requirement. * Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and manage conflicts with empathy and assertiveness. * Strong commercial and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn analyses into strategic actions at the point of sale. * Organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects and demands simultaneously. * Teamwork aptitude, with the ability to mobilize people and positively influence the surrounding environment. * Analytical and results-oriented profile, focused on execution and business development. * Availability to work evening hours for client visits, including action follow-ups, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients and markets; * Valid Class B driver's license.
