Salary and Commissions **What will you do on this adventure?** * You will assist customers interested in traveling, advising them via chat and phone to create unforgettable experiences. * You will market tourist packages and manage quotations, always focusing on effectively closing sales. * You will receive training support and work as part of a team to exceed goals and grow within the industry. * You will maintain an excellent attitude, personal presentation, and commercial energy every day. **Who are we looking for?** * High school graduate with at least 6 months of sales experience, ideally in tourism, call centers, or the commercial sector. * Proactive individual with excellent appearance and attitude, results-oriented, dynamic, and eager to learn. * Willingness to work rotating schedules and variable days off (including two free weekends per month and additional pay for Sundays and holidays). * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills to interact across multiple channels.
